Our main UK distribution facility is based at Velocity Point, in Leeds. It has a central location; close to Hazel 4D’s UK Head Office and with direct links to the M1 and M62. It is a highly specified site, built with a sharp focus on sustainability.

Our inhouse Quality Management System, 4DIS (4D Improvement System) records all non-conformance incidents. These are monitored and tracked daily, firstly to minimise any customer impact, and secondly to identify the root cause and ensure that measures are in place to prevent re-occurrence.
Any non-conformances or customer complaints are taken very seriously and require senior level approval of the resolution. Customers are kept fully updated throughout the process.
