Having joined the family business in 1997, Neil was responsible for working alongside his father, Garth, to develop the Total Packaging Management Service that Hazel 4D prides itself on offering today. Neil is a visionary, with a first-class flair for assessing opportunities and leading the development of Hazel 4D’s innovative solutions.

David leads our team of Consultants. He focusses on developing strategic partnerships and ensuring customer success is the focus of everything we do. He plays a pivotal role in leading our relationships with some of the biggest brands in the world.

David is key to ensuring our 4D approach is upheld in everything we do, always focussing on delivering added value solutions to our customers by dramatically improving their bottom line.

Roy has over 25 years of experience in supply chain management. He is resolutely driven to keep the business on track, totally focussed on results, never takes no for an answer and inspires those he works with to keep achieving more. An outgoing, enthusiastic leader with a passion for improving outcomes and ensuring client expectations are met.

Through working with some of the biggest names in the industry, Simon is well-versed in delivering successful solutions within complex blue-chip companies.

He is particularly effective at maximising supply chain efficiency for online retailers, 3PL providers and distribution centres where he has time and again delivered long-term results for his customers.

With over 30 years’ experience of delivering exceptional customer service to our blue-chip clients, Sharon loves talking to people and is highly skilled in managing customers’ TPM and consignment stock. With her vast product knowledge, she takes pride in being able to solve even the most complex of conundrums

As part of our team of Packaging Consultants, Aaron works with our customers as a trusted expert, helping to continually improve their business performance. With an extensive background in sales and account management, he’s adept at building strong relationships with his customers.

As our Void Fill Specialist, Owen works in partnership with fulfilment companies to accelerate packing operations. With void fill often being an overlooked consideration, Owen regularly delivers significant cost reductions, more efficient packing times and sustainability improvements by pairing the right equipment and consumable options. 

He is the product champion for both our paper and plastic ranges, helping our customers to find a tailored solution with a focus on the lowest cost per box filled, the smallest carbon footprint and fewest damages in transit. 

Leading Hazel’s internal sales team by supporting and delivering best practice is Lisa’s idea of a job well done. Listening to her client’s every need, and bringing everyone together to deliver, is what she does on a daily basis. Lisa’s management experience shines through in all that she does, efficiently improving methods and consistently meeting objectives.

Lisa is crazy about customer experience, and has an amazing ability to sort out potential issues before they cause a problem – so she’s the person to ask if you have any questions about your order.

Andrew supports the sales team, with the day-to-day management of his client accounts and enjoys learning all there is to know about Hazel 4D’s latest innovative products and developments. He helps customers by providing quotes, taking and placing orders, responding to queries, booking appointments and monitoring stock levels.

So you may well talk to Andrew already, but if not he’ll look forward to hearing from you.

Danielle enjoys building customer relationships and thrives on the challenge of working in a fast-paced, varied environment. She helps customers by assisting with all kinds of new enquiries and helping support the needs of individual sites in our largest corporate clients.

Danielle also supports Ryan Cane in the management of his customer portfolio.

Twyla supports our Packaging Consultants by helping them to find new and innovative packaging solutions.

Twyla enjoys organising and giving customers the best service and currently works alongside Travis, helping to support their portfolio of clients.

Leonie is Executive Assistant to our Sales Director, David Reiner. She supports with a wide variety of tasks, but most importantly keeps our consultancy team working at full pace.

Leonie plays a key role in internal communications, ensuring we’re always sharing best practice and making sure the whole company remains responsive and agile to customer feedback and requirements. With her meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach, Leonie is a huge asset to the team. 

A key part of our Customer Services Team, Liberty is often the first point of contact for our customers, helping with new and existing enquiries. She’s never too far away from positive feedback, with customers often commenting how helpful and quick to respond she is.

Annie works alongside Packaging Consultant Laura Giles, supporting their portfolio of corporate accounts in dealing with all their range of requests and requirements. Helping to build a strong relationship with all their customers, Annie’s role is critical in ensuring we always deliver on our brand value of “Flawless Delivery” – a commitment to reliable and consistent service in everything we do. 

In her role, Cheyenne diligently responds to all customer support requirements. Ensuring swift and accurate service for every query, she is the dedicated point of contact for many of our customers and works closely with Packaging Consultant Reuben Surtees on developing added value packaging solutions for their accounts.  

Charlotte loves looking after our customers day-to-day requirements, building relationships with their procurement teams and ensuring every request is dealt with quickly and accurately. She works alongside Packaging Consultant Sam Smaldon, and is a dedicated point of contact for all of their customers. 

Responding to most of our inbound queries, Georgie helps our clients by placing orders and solving issues regarding recent purchases.

Georgie is also responsible for supporting the sales team in any way she can, facilitating the job of our Packaging Consultants.

Georgie is keen to speak with Hazel’s clients and listen to their needs, so would be very happy to hear from you.

Zara works alongside Georgie, making sure that client services run smoothly.

Her main areas of focus are processing orders, managing TPM top-ups, and responding to transport enquiries.

Charlotte will often be your first point of contact with Hazel 4D as, along with welcoming visitors and facilitating meetings, she handles all our incoming calls, as well as our mail.

Charlotte likes to be busy, so she also keeps our vehicle log and manages our ISO 9001 audits.

She helps keep Mill House in great shape and provides extra admin support for our sales and procurement teams.

Michael leads our marketing department, focusing on delivering communications and activities that address customer challenges, share key insights into sustainability and highlights Hazel 4D’s unrivalled packaging solutions.

Passionate about delivering impactful marketing campaigns, Michael plays an important role in elevating the company’s presence and fostering strong customer relationships.

Eve is an integral member of our marketing team, using her skills and expertise to manage our design operations. She ensures that our unique brand identity consistently leaves a lasting impression through own-brand products, exhibition stands, catalogues, brochures, websites, product packaging, presentations, and much more. She also helps create personalised and custom solutions for customers through our bespoke branding and design services.

Katie is pivotal in helping to shape our ESG strategy and ensure sustainability considerations are a key part of everything we do. She works closely with our Packaging Consultants in order to help our customers to realise their sustainability goals, whether that be closed-loop systems, carbon footprint reduction, or switching away from plastic based products. 

Bradley is our Head of Supply Chain. He’s passionate about helping his team thrive and source new and innovative packaging solutions. Results-focussed, he ensures we’re always looking to deliver more to our customers by identifying supply chain savings that make a real difference.

With over 12 years’ experience, Glenn has an outstanding knowledge of Hazel 4D’s products and suppliers, making him a key member of our Purchasing team.

Glenn is responsible for managing stock holding from our global supply chain, helping ensure we always have just what you need, just when you need it.

Victoria works in the Supply Chain team as a category manager for cardboard and strapping.

She manages the supply chain for these product groups, and it’s Victoria who provides costings for all new enquiries.

Jessica works as part of the busy Supply Chain team as a category manager for polythene and mailers.

Wayland works in the Supply Chain team as category manager for tape and protective packaging like void fill.

He also helps out with stock control.

Kim is the supply chain coordinator, placing orders, expediting and following them through to delivery.

With over 15 years of experience in supply chain, she is an experienced and valued member of the Purchasing team.

Darja is the stock coordinator, placing orders, expediting and following them through to delivery.

She is an expert at maintaining accurate stock forecasts.

Filiz is our Specialist Sourcing Manager and plays a critical role in delivering agile supply chain solutions. With a passion for sustainability, she’s IEMA Certified in Sustainable Procurement and also one of our many Carbon Literate employees. In combination with our Sedex membership, Filiz plays a key role in our supplier audit programme, reporting and analysing the performance of our manufacturing partners.

Alongside our extensive range of packaging products, we’re adept at sourcing cost-effective requirements, so from Retail to Janitorial products, if you need it we can source it.

Melanie is an experienced Executive Assistant supporting our Procurement Director and Operations Manager. Always positive, she keeps a cool head and isn’t afraid of tackling challenges head on. She’s happy to roll up her sleeves to keep both our operations and procurement teams at full pace.

Paul leads the Hazel 4D finance team to deliver exceptional service to our clients and suppliers, ensuring all queries are responded to quickly, accurately and helpfully.

This all adds up to Paul being your man for anything finance.

Ashleigh oversees the daily Accounts Payable tasks, which include logging invoices, managing supplier queries and processing payments.

She thoroughly enjoys the constant daily challenge of making sure she gets through the work to ensure that everything is up to date and that processes run smoothly across all departments.

An extremely valuable and long-standing servant, David is a key part of the finance department. He’s critical in keeping everything in motion and is a regular point of contact for our customer’s accounting teams.

Chris oversees our financial systems and processes, ensuring continuous improvement and streamlining throughout the business.

He works with the wider team to deliver reliable rolling forecasts that underpin business decisions as well as producing clear and concise monthly management reporting.

Rheanna is responsible for making sure that all payments are allocated correctly, reconcile’s the banking and processes the monthly TPM invoicing.

She also supports Ashleigh (accounts payable) and David (accounts receivable), ensuring all invoices are received and processed ready for payment and all products shipped are invoiced.

An expert in equipment specification and optimisation, and pallet load stability, Kevin designs and implements complex and highly effective process improvements. He provides consultation, best practice guidance and training to ensure that his customers receive solutions that are the very best fit for their unique requirements.

There’s not much that Kevin doesn’t know about pallet wrapping and he’s passionate about sharing his knowledge. So if you have any questions about load stability, or want to do more to reduce plastic wastage and cost, then get in touch with Kevin.

A key member of our engineering team Graeme uses his expertise to install and upgrade all sorts of packing machines, helping to improve customers’ packaging performance.

Graeme is also an expert troubleshooter, so if any of your machines play up or break down he’s your man.

Tobi is an expert in the field of automation and pallet load stability and can help you reduce costs, reduce plastic and increase efficiency.

He provides consultation, best practice guidance and training to ensure that his customers receive solutions that are the very best fit for their unique requirements.

Alongside our extensive range of packaging consumables, we provide great equipment, great training and regular site-visits via our service and engineering team. Coral is key to keeping our customer’s performing optimally, scheduling preventative maintenance and new machinery installs.

Manager of our Operations team, Alex supports our sales and other departments to ensure we’re providing an excellent customer experience, with orders delivered flawlessly, on time and in full, every time. He enjoys receiving positive feedback from clients and making sure they return to Hazel 4D again and again.

Alex is our Ops guru, so he’s worth a shout if you have any questions at all about our warehouse or delivery set up.

Ryan is our IT guru. He manages our all-important ERP system – quickly fixing any issues, and continually implementing updates and making improvements.

We rely on Ryan for providing our management information reports, and day-to-day IT support.

Nigel has been a key member of our team for 15 years, bringing extensive experience and expertise to the role of Warehouse Manager. Throughout his time with us, Nigel has enhanced our warehouse operations with outstanding organisational skills and commitment to providing an exceptional service to our Customers.

Nigel’s leadership has greatly enhanced productivity, safety, and accuracy in our processes, playing a significant role in the success of our business.

Kasia is responsible for the day-to-day operations within the warehouse, supporting the admin team and managing the perpetual stock count.

Mandy is responsible for booking deliveries onto the delivery portal, and checking 100% of our orders to ensure the quality of goods that leave us are of the highest quality.
