Hazel 4D is proud to have achieved a Platinum medal from EcoVadis. This means that we have been placed in the top 1% of all companies rated by EcoVadis, and shows our commitment to continuous improvement with our ESG and sustainability credentials.
EcoVadis is one of the most well-known and recognisable ESG certifications a business can achieve. It provides a holistic view of how a business is performing in many ESG areas, helping support progress reports and targets for the business to aim towards. The questionnaire is broken down into four main themes: Environment, Labour and Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement. There are then seven indicators within the themes that the business is measured against. The business has to upload evidence to support the answers given, such as company policies, audit reports and third-party certifications. Our efforts and focus towards our ESG strategy this year has meant we have more reliable and detailed documents to support our claims.

This certification shows how we prioritise our business operations to have a positive impact on the environment, society, and across our supply chain. It gives customers confidence that they are working with a supplier who is aligned with ESG as a core focus. With our significant progress across all four EcoVadis themes, our customers can easily find an area which aligns with their own ESG and sustainability goals.
The Platinum medal recognition is also an improvement on the Gold medal we were awarded in 2024. It demonstrates how continuous improvement underpins every aspect of our ESG strategy, which helps us implement forward-thinking practices that deliver sustainable solutions for our customers.
By moving from Gold to Platinum, we believe this achievement was made possible through our strong internal processes that mean our policies, assessments, and training documents are always up to date and relevant to our business activities and employees.
Our recently released Sustainability Report has also meant that we are publicly disclosing more data and insights than ever before, resulting in more transparency from us to our customers. This way, our customers can see why we make the claims we do, and how we support our ESG strategy and progress through documents such as third-party certifications and accreditations.
