The rotary arm stretch wrapper employs a rotating arm with a film carriage, distinguishing it from turntable wrappers.
In this system, the pallet remains stationary while the arm rotates above, efficiently wrapping stretch film around loads, whether they’re light, fragile, or heavy. Engineered for consistent film tension, these machines excel in stabilising palletised loads with regular shapes and dimensions. Whilst not as common as turntable wrappers, due their smaller footprint and flexibility to be used without forklifts, they have widespread use in warehousing, logistics, and distribution centres.
The small footprint rotary arm wrappers ideal for space-constrained areas. Their compact design ensures efficient use of floor space while maintaining high wrapping performance and reliability.
The open design facilitates quick loading and unloading, streamlining operations and improving overall efficiency in the packaging process.
The stationary design wraps the pallet without rotating it, preventing load shifts and ensuring secure, stable packaging for irregular or fragile items.
The Lybra S brings the patented Arya technology to the Lybra range. Its a compact, high performance rotating arm machine. Suited to wrapping 20+ pallets per hour, it can accommodate a large range of film specifications (from 10-30 micron).
Ideal for use in lower volume applications that still would benefit from the rotary arm operation. The Lybra Easy has a compact footprint making it easy to fit into almost any environment. Utilising an electromagnetic film tension system this has to be one of the easiest wrappers to use.
With new patented Arya technology, pallet wrapping is transformed into a fully automatic process. With the push of a button, the film is blown onto the pallet at the start of the cycle and sticks to the load. After that, the need for an operator is removed.
Compatible with NEOS, Mytho S and Lybra S models.
