The C1 system is a compact and efficient paper cushioning system. It processes the same paper options as the F1 machine and therefore gives the opportunity to combine a pad and fill system with one consumable.
It can be used with a single or double paper stack, giving the option of a single or two ply pad for additional strength. C1 converts kraft paper into a 3D crimped shape providing excellent shock and vibration resistance for fragile and heavy items. Pad width of approximately 10-12cm.
The C2 system produces a wide paper pad with a very high speed output. It is therefore capable of delivering an incredibly high volume of paper cushioning per minute.
The pad width is wider than the C1 machine at 16cm-18cm and therefore provides robust padding for heavy and large items in medium to large boxes. C2 uses pre-folded kraft paper to create a single-ply pad structure.
