The C2 system produces a wide paper pad with a very high speed output. It is therefore capable of delivering an incredibly high volume of paper cushioning per minute.
The pad width is wider than the C1 machine at 16cm-18cm and therefore provides robust padding for heavy and large items in medium to large boxes. C2 uses pre-folded kraft paper to create a single-ply pad structure.
Built for reliable performance, it is easier to load than competitor models, has minimal blockages with self-clearing functionality and has a simple and easy-to-use interface.
C2 converts pre-folded kraft paper into a 3D crimped shape providing excellent shock and vibration resistance for fragile and heavy items. It’s an ideal packaging solution for parts that require excellent cushioning.
